Results

We are very proud of the sixth form we have built and are continuing to build here at Marriotts. We have seen consistently strong attainment outcomes. In 2023, 30% of grades were at A-A* or Distinction-Distinction*, and 64% were at A*-B or Distinction*-Merit.

Almost all students have moved onto planned next steps including apprenticeships, employment and 60% have moved onto University, to include Brighton, Kings College London, Leeds, Manchester, Loughborough, Liverpool, Nottingham, Warwick and York to name but a few. We are particularly delighted that Frances Mann has secured a place at the University of Brighton to study Medicine.

Courses taken include English Literature, Criminology, Psychology, Mathematics, Sports Science, Economics, Neural Engineering, Law, Architecture, Business and Marketing, History, Computer Science, Biological Science, Geography, Physical Education Teaching, Accounting and Finance, Social Work and Media and Communication amongst many others.
