Dates for the Diary
Year 7 only start on Friday 3rd September from 8.30 am to 1 pm
There will be a coffee morning for parents being run by the Parent Support Workers.
Year 11, 12 and 13 only if they cannot make the appointment set for the 25th August and only by prior appointment. If you require an apointment for the 3rd September then email the school at admin@marriotts.herts.sch.uk
Years 8 - 11 start on Monday 6th September at 8.30 am.
6th form start on Wednesday 8th September.
Examination dates for Summer 2011
JCQ have now confirmed that in 2011 summer season:
Exams will start on 16th May
GCSEs end on 28th June
A-levels end on 29th June
A-level and Level 3 results will be issued on 18th August
GCSE and Level 1/2 results will be issued on 25th August
Phone Calls Home
The number of students wanting to phone home has increased significantly recently. Please make sure that your children are ready for school with PE Kit, planners and equipment the night before school. Reception staff may refuse to allow students to make non-urgent calls.

Child Explotation and Online Protection Centre
The Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre is dedicated to eradicating the sexual abuse of children. That means we are part of UK policing and very much about tracking and bringing offenders to account either directly or in partnership with local and international forces.
