Cover Supervisor

We are currently looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor for 37 hours per week term time plus 5 days. This is a temporary appointment for 1 year in the first instance. This post is integral to the School's aim of ensuring that 'every lesson, every day, is good or better'. The main purpose of the role is to provide quality cover and classroom supervision in the absence of the teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to gain valuable classroom experience, and a great stepping stone for those considering a career in teaching.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisation skills, behaviour management and the ability to engage with and support students and staff. In addition the successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to understand and comply with health and safety legislation.
