Counselling Lead

We are currently looking to appoint a Counselling Lead to join our outstanding Counselling Department. This is a full-time permanent appointment for 37 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks.  The school is open to flexible working or a job share for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be a qualified, enthusiastic and committed practitioner who is able to oversee the work of the Counselling Department. The role will also include managing a small caseload of clients, crisis work and assessments. The successful candidate would be required to attend meetings as necessary.  This role is integral to the School's aim of ensuring '360 degrees of care, support and challenge for our students and their families'.
